Camp King was across the Licking river near Wilder. During the Civil War there was a pontoon bridge built there so the soldiers could cross the Licking to man the battle stations that were built in the area.
Current site across the river from Wilder where Camp King existed.
This map shows the site of the pontoon bridge at Wilder crossing the Licking River.
