NEWPORT
Health Officer Dr. John Phythian had a warrant issued yesterday
for Mrs. Boettscher, who owns the dairy on the Waterworks road, for selling milk
below the standard. The doctor says that after a chemical analysis it was found
that the milk was away below the standard.
