"No," said Mayor Nagel this morning, "I will not try any more cases in police court hereafter, or give any advice to council."  "Why what's the reason of that?" queried the Journal.  Oh, its just simply this.  "My wife presented me with a bouncing baby boy yesterday and I shall turn everything over to him."  "See."
