The household of Mayor Nagel was last evening increased by the arrival of a new girl baby, whom the proud parents and friends declare to be the fairest blossom of the season.  Being the first girl, the rejoicing about the executive mansion is very great and his honor has postponed all other subjects for 24 hours at least.
