THE COMMONWEALTH OF KENTUCKY
WHEREAS, Peter Steffen, has been appointed by the County Court of Campbell County, and has qualified as Guardian to Sarah Beugner, over 14, Ann, Francis, Joseph and John B Beugner, minors under 14 years, children of Anton Beugner, deceased.
NOW, we Peter Steffen as principal, and Joseph Fisher, his sureties, do hereby covenant to and with the Commonwealth of Kentucky, that the said Peter Steffen, will faithfully discharge the trust of Guardian to said minors, in all respects as required by law.
