MISS WASHINGTON DEAD
Miss Bettie Taylor Washington, the youngest daughter of Colonel and Mrs. George Washington, died yesterday afternoon at 2 o'clock. Attached by the grip in the early winter, it soon turned to lung trouble and notwithstanding the most exhaustive care and visits to several famous health resorts, the patient could not throw off her fatal malady.
Miss Washington was but 16 years of age and a most lovable and amiable disposition. Colonel Washington and his estimable wife have the sympathy of the community in their sad bereavement.
