NEWPORT
THE charge against Bernard Woolman, the soldier, now in the
Newport Jail, is discredited by the men at the Barracks. Mr. Woolman is a member
in good standing in the Masonic and Red Men's Orders.
He says the report of his case published in yesterday's Commercial is not true.
