Satisfactory proof was this day made in open court by the oath of George Shepa and John Sutton that Benjamin Sutton late of Campbell County, a Revolutionary Pensioner departed this life in said County on the 27th of August 1845, that he left no widow and the following are the names of his children.  Aaron Sutton, Samuel Sutton, John Sutton and Charlotte Shasher and Peter Sutton.

Aaron resides in Indiana, Samuel in Missouri, Peter in Ohio, John and Charlotte in Campbell County.
