THE COMMONWEALTH OF KENTUCKY
WHEREAS, Adam Schraffenberger, has been appointed by the County Court of Campbell County, and has qualified as Guardian to John, August and Karl Bengel, minors.
NOW, we Adam Schraffenberger as principal, and John Butcher and Adam Snyder, his sureties, do hereby covenant to and with the Commonwealth of Kentucky, that the said Adam Schraffenberger, will faithfully discharge the trust of Guardian to said minor, in all respects as required by law.
