Ordered that John Points is appointed
surveyor of the road leading from the County road to Posey's ferry and to be
attended by Joshua York, Leonard Traver, John Gregg and
Thomas Beagle, who
are to assist when called on in keeping the same in repair as the law directs.

Jonathan Carmack is appointed Surveyor of the
road from the Washington road to the Ohio opposite Furgusons Ferry and to be
attended by Moses Scott, James Woods, James Shaw Jr. Bethual Riggs hands,
Samuel Belveal, Stephen Lyon, Thomas Beagle
and John Riley and hands who are to assist in keeping the same in repair as
the law directs.

On the motion of James Taylor ordered that
Israel Ware, John Cooper, Esqr. James Taylor and Isaac Spargin or any 3 of
them, being 1st sworn before a Justice for this purpose are appointed viewers
to view and mark out a road from the Bridge over 4 miles to Israel Wares,
thence down the creek to the mouth, thence up the Ohio to near the Mouth of 12
Miles to intersect the 12 mile road at or near
Thomas Beagles and make report to Court of the conveniences or
inconveniences of the said road.

Kennedy's ferry to Grants Lick in the room of Samuel J Beall and to be

Wallace, Fergerson German and Thos Logan or any 3 being sworn do view the way
proposed for a road commencing in the Washington Trace at or near the County
line to intersect the road passing Mrs. Shaws and report the conveniences and
inconveniences &c.
