THE COMMONWEALTH OF KENTUCKY
WHEREAS, J B Dameron, has been appointed by the County Court of Campbell County, and has qualified as Guardian to Wesley, Alverda, James and Melvina Barker, minors.
NOW, we J B Dameron as principal, and James G Carter, his sureties, do hereby covenant to and with the Commonwealth of Kentucky, that the said J B Dameron, will faithfully discharge the trust of Guardian to said minor, in all respects as required by law.
