Services will be held at 2 pm Sunday at the Woodhead Funeral Home, Falmouth, for Dr. Austin L Beckett, clinical director of Eastern State Hospital at Lexington and former practicing physician in Campbell County. Burial will be in Riverside Cemetery, Falmouth.

Dr. Beckett died Thursday at St Joseph Hospital, Lexington. A graduate of the University of Louisville Medical School, Dr. Beckett practiced in Campbell County for many years before taking the hospital position. He was a member of the Southern Psychiatrical Assn. the Fayette County Medical Assn. and Boswell Lodge Free and Accepted Masons.

He leaves a widow, Florence Pugh Beckett, a son, William N of Mt Pleasant Mich. and a brother in law, J A Woodhead of Falmouth.
