The funeral of August Burkart, 46, who dropped dead in Cincinnati yesterday afternoon, will be held from the residence of his brother, John Burkart, Eleventh and York-sts., Newport, Thursday morning with services at 8 o’clock at Corpus Christi Church. Burial will be in St. Joseph’s Cemetery Licking-pike.
Burkart was a brother of John Burkart, manager of the Newport Music Hall and Louis Burkart, well-known photographer. Burkart’s death was due to heart failure.
