WHEREABOUTS OF UNION PRISONERS-A letter was received in this city yesterday from Asa H Townley, the Surveyor of Campbell County, written at Georgetown, Kentucky, where he is held by the rebels as a hostage for the return of Lewis C Norman, of Boone County, now a prisoner at Johnson's Island.

Mr. Townley, it will be remembered was captured several weeks ago in the upper end of this county, by the guerilla Jim Caldwell.  he states in his letter that A H Bratton, of Bracken County, is also held at Georgetown as a hostage for C Ewell.
