Col. Arthur L Wagner, Adjutant General's Department, and a former
officer of the Sixth Infantry, has been relieved from duty at the War College at
Ft Leavenworth and reports for duty in Washington, where he will succeed Gen.
MacKenzie on the General Staff in charge of the Third Division.
