Arthur Wilson Sipe, 25, died yesterday at the home of his father, James Sipe, 752 Second Av. Bellevue. The deceased was a cripple from birth and never walked a step in his life. The funeral will take place at 2 pm tomorrow from the residence.
Burial will be at Evergreen Cemetery.
