Sgt. Anthony G Studer, 21, son of Mr. and Mrs. William Studer, of Johns Hill road, Cold Spring, was wounded in action Jan 22 in the fighting in Germany, it was learned here. An infantryman, Sgt. Studer endetered the service in February 1943, and has been overseas 21 months. Prior to entering the Army, he worked on his father's farm.
He has two brothers in the service, Sgt. Lawrence William Studer, stationed at Ft Sill, Okla. and Seaman Lester C Studer, serving with the Navy at Great Lakes Ill.
