Ann Cook
KNOW ALL MEN BY THESE PRESENTS, That we, Ann Cook & William DeCourcy, are held and firmly bound unto the Commonwealth of Kentucky, in the penal sum of eight hundred dollars, current money, to the payment of which, well and truly to be made, we bind ourselves, our heirs, executors and administrators, jointly and severally, firmly by these presents, as witness our hands and seals, this 24 day of March 1851.
The condition of the above Obligation is such, That if the above bound, ANN COOK and WILLIAM DECOURCY, their heirs, executors, and administrators, shall well and truly pay and deliver to William Francis Cook and Emma E Cook, of whom they are appointed Guardian, all such estate as now is, or shall hereafter appear to be due from him to the said orphans when they shall attain to lawful age to demand the same, or when thereunto required by the Justices of the Campbell County Court for the time being, and also faithfully execute her office herein, in such a manner as to save harmless and indemnify the said Justices, their heirs, executors, and administrators, from all trouble and damage that about said estate may accrue, then the above obligation to be void-else to remain in full force and virtue.
