Mrs. Anna Groneck Succumbs at Age of 61; Last Rites Set for Tuesday
A lingering illness proved fatal to Mrs. Anna Groneck, 303 W 12th street, Newport, yesterday. A lifelong Newport resident, Mrs. Groneck, the mother of Charles L. Groneck, former exalted ruler of the Newport Lodge of Elks, was 61.
Services have been scheduled for Tuesday at 8:30 a.m. at the Radel funeral home. Requiem High Mass will be intoned at Corpus Christi Church at 9 a.m. Burial will be in St. Stephen Cemetery, Ft Thomas.
She leaves her husband, Frank Groneck; five sons, John, Edward, Joseph, Harry and Charles L. Groneck; two daughters, Mrs. John Ossege and Mrs. Edward Rawe; a brother, John Hukemoeller; a sister, Mrs. Emma Groll; all of Newport; and 15 grandchildren.
