In the Court of Appeals yesterday the case of Amelia Holzhauer against Bessie Sheehy was reveresed and a new trial ordered. In the lower court, Bessie Sheeby, 15, who was hurt by falling into a defective vault, was given damages in the sum of $500.

Mrs. Margaret (sic) Holzhauer, widow of George Holzhauer, former well known druggist and the mother of Louis Holzhauer, slipped on the ice in front of her home and suffered a bad fall. She was carried into the house and medical aid secured. It was found she had severely injured her spine and was in some danger, owing to her advanced age. She is reported as being much better today, being able to move about the house.
