Pvt. A "Eddie" Buchanan, 28, husband of Mrs. Hazel Buchanan, of
16 Mary Ingles Highway, Dayton and son of Mrs. Charles Carr of 816 Vine street,
Dayton, has been missing in action in Germany since Sept 19, it was learned
here. Stationed with the infantry, Pvt. Buchanan entered the Army in December
1943 and was sent on overseas duty in May 1944. He is a graduate of Silver Grove
High School.
His brother, Ens. Robert Huskission, 24, husband of Mrs. Jane Huskisson, of 111 Chesapeake avenue, Newport, was listed by the War Department as missing in action in France on June 6. Pvt. Buchanan has two other brothers in the service, Lt. James Huskisson, 21, stationed in Italy, and Cpl. Wiley Huskisson, 25, now serving with the Army in England.
