BELLEVUE MAN AND WIFE
A Bellevue man and his wife died within 60 minutes of each other yesterday at Speers Hospital, Dayton, Ky. Raymond B. Hehman, 915 Clayton Ct., died after surgery without knowing that his wife had passed away earlier at the same hospital.
Mr. Hehman was admitted to the hospital more than a week ago and his wife, who had been ill at home for some time, was admitted Wednesday. Mr. Hehman was a tinner in Bellevue for more than 35 years. He was a member of the Knights of Columbus of Newport and the Newport Elks. He was a member of the Holy Name Society of Sacred Heart Church, Bellevue.
A native of Newport, Mr. Heheman, who was 64 years old, had lived in Bellevue most of his life. He retired from active business in 1947.
Mrs. Alma B. Hehman, his wife for 40 years, was also a native of Newport. She was 60 years old.
Surviving her are a son, Richard Hehman, Glenview, Ill.; and a daughter, Mrs. Jeanne Kuhl, Fort Thomas; her father, Herman Gausing, Newport; two brothers, Richard and Edward Gausing, Newport; two sisters, Mrs. Marcella Storch, Indian Hill; and Mrs. Frances Ormescher, Newport; and five grandchildren.
A joint funeral will be held at 8:30 a.m. Monday from the Dobbling Funeral Home, Bellevue. Requiem High Mass will be sung at 9 a.m. at Sacred Heart Church, Bellevue. Burial will be in St. Stephen Cemetery, Fort Thomas.
