Alice Quinby filed suit in the Campbell Circuit Court yesterday against her father, W C Quinby to recover $1610, which she alleges is due her for acting as his housekeeper. She says the contract was made in March 1901 by which she was to receive $5 a week.
She further alleges she worked for 402 weeks for which she received but $402 leaving a balance due her amounting to $1610.
