Lt. A F Poinsett, 24, son of Mr. and Mrs. Lee Poinsett, 1012 Vine
street, Newport, died Monday at Nichols General Hospital in Louisville following
an operation for a brain tumor, it was learned.
Funeral services will be held at 9:30 am Saturday at the Fred Erschell funeral home, Newport. Burial will be in Evergreen Cemetery.
