Albert was born 15 May 1871 in Savannah Missouri. He enlisted in the US Army at Ft Thomas Ky and served during the Spanish American War. He was discharged 21 Nov 1910 at Ft Sill, Oklahoma. He died in Cincinnati 15 May 1967.
