Fred W Hauck, of Chestnut st. Newport, qualified as guardian of his son, Albert, 8, in the Campbell co. Court today. This action is taken in order to settle a claim against the street railway company. Young Hauck was struck by a street car Nov 19 last, while crossing York st. near Seventh and injured about the back.
