PROMINENT NEWPORT MAN-Albert Fitzer, 38, a prominent man of Newport, died early Friday morning at the Cincinnati Hospital of typhoid pneumonia. He had been engaged for years as foreman of the Germania Brewing Company's bottling wagons and was well like.
The remains will be brought to the home of his mother at 414 Elm Street, Newport, from where the funeral will take place later.

FITZER FUNERAL-The funeral of Albert Fitzer, whose death occurred Thursday, took place Sunday afternoon from the residence of his mother at 414 Elm Street, Newport. The Wiedemann Mutual Aid of which he was a member, attended the funeral in a body. The casket was covered with beautiful floral tributes from friends of the deceased.
Rev Carl Schaeffer, of St Paul German Protestant Evangelical Church, conducted the services. The burial took place at Evergreen Cemetery. The pallbearers for the family were Frank and George Weaver, John Lickert and Frank Morton; from the Wiedemann Mutual Aid, James Shannon, Joseph Wendel, Arnold Steinhauer and Joseph Hehe; from the Bottled Beer Drivers Association, Frank Schaff, John Lynch, Albert Tredtin and John Chaney.
