The notification ceremonies in honor of Police Judge-elect Adolph
Klein took place last night. Judge Klein is the first Democrat to wear the
judicial ermine in the history of the city.
The demonstration was a big one, brass bands, fireworks and Japanese illuminations forming particularly spectacular features. The parade was participated in by several hundred citizens without regard to party. Mayor Joseph A Cassidy headed the procession and was the principal speaker.
