Pvt. Adolph A Allmoslecher, 24, son of Mrs. Carrie Allmoslecher, 614 Berry avenue, Bellevue, was reported as missing in action in France since Aug 7, his mother learned Wednesday.

Stationed with the Medical Corps, Pvt. Allmoslecher has been on overseas duty for two years.

Requiem High Mass for Pfc. Adolph A Allmoslecher, Bellevue soldier killed in World War II, will be sung at Sacred Heart Church at 9 am Thursday following prayers at the Vonderhaar & Stetter funeral home, Newport, at 8:30 am. Burial will be in St Stephen Cemetery. Final military rites at the graveside will be conducted by members of James Wallace Costigan Post, American Legion, Newport.

Pvt. Allmoslecher, who was 25, was killed in France on Aug 18, 1944, while serving with the First Medical Battalion. He held the Purple Heart and Silver Star Medals. He leaves a mother, Carrie, 614 Berry avenue, Bellevue; a sister, Mrs. Henry Meyer, Bellevue and three brothers, William, Norwood; Clarence and Robert Allmoslecher, both of Bellevue.
