On motion A Deed from Daniel Symmes emancipated a certain negro man Slave named Solomon aged about 24 years, a black female Slave named Sally aged about 23 years, a black female Slave named Tethe or Latitia aged about five years, a black female Slave named Eliza aged about 3 years, a certain black female Slave named Sappho aged two years, was produced in Court, proved by the Oaths of Richard Southgate.
John B Lindsey, subscribing witness there to & ordered to be recorded & on hearing Testimony the court are satisfied that the said Negroes are not aged or infirm either in body or mind & do not require bond & security that they shall not become chargeable to the county.
