A five year sentence was imposed on Phillip Moulton, Negro, 414 Saratoga st. Newport, by a jury in Campbell Circuit Court. He was found guilty of malicious shooting and wounding Harry Butler, Negro, 808 Hathaway st. Cincinnati.
The latter was shot in the shoulder, it was charged.
