John Spencer, 30, colored, of Newport, was overcome while at work on Price Hill and was sent to the City Hospital in a delirious condition.

John Spencer, colored, formerly janitor of St Paul Protestant Episcopal Church, Newport, died at Speers Hospital in Dayton, Tuesday night of typhoid fever.
Saturday night Spencer was found wandering through an alley near the police station in a delirious condition. He was arrested, taken to the police station and was later taken to the hospital.
