GIRL MISSING
Charles Birch, colored, of 340 Isabella Street, Newport, reported
to the police Sunday that his daughter, Jesse, 16, was missing
from home for the past three weeks. It is alleged that she is stopping with a
man named Charles Duvall, at 106 East Sixth Street, Cincinnati.
He said he will swear out a warrant for the arrest of Duvall.
