NEWPORT
Henry Waiters, a colored an, had a warrant sworn out last night
for his father-in-law, Louis Wilson, who lives in Claryville, charging him with
a breach of the peace. Waiters claims that he and his wife had a little row,
when Wilson interfered, and grabbing a shotgun ran him several squares.
Waiters also says that the main cause of his trouble is a colored man named Earl Murphy, who has become enamored of his wife and they all want to get ride of this complainant for the reason that Murphy is a better producer.
