Bud Walton, of Second and Jackson st. surrendered to the
authorities yesterday afternoon. Walton was wanted on a warrant sworn by
George Hill, a negro, who alleged that the accused tried to amputate his
nose with a razor.
Walton will be given a hearing in Judge Mader's court at 7:30 am Monday morning.
