Found Colored Man in Room

Fred Mills, colored, was arrested at an early hour yesterday morning by Officers Aspian and Lickert on a charge of disorderly conduct.  Mills almost frightened the occupants of a house on Central avenue, near Southgate, when they awoke and found him in their apartments.

He feigned drunkenness but could not account for his presence in the house.  When discovered in the house, he had lain down and was preparing to make himself at home for the rest of the night.
