Charles Ashe, colored, better known as "Railroad" rushed into
Police Headquarters last night with a bloody head and a piece of bent gas pipe,
with which h said Jerry Collins had him him, on York street. Lieutenant Bregel
ordered the night men to bring the alleged pike wielder in.
