Bessie Hall, negro, of 121 W Southgate st. Newport, a flood sufferer, was reported to be recovering Friday at Speers Hospital of a sprained ankle. The negro was injured when she tripped and fell in the Corinthian Colored Church, James alley and Columbia st. where she sought refuge from the flood. She was removed to the hospital by police.
