Whereas Isham Prewitt did by contract bearing date 23 September 1797, agree to convey to William Kennedy, now deceased 400 acres of land on Wells Creek with General Warranty it being one Moiety of a survey patented in the said Prewitt's name & where as the said Prewitt did not convey the aforesaid 400 acres of Land to the said William Kennedy in his life time.
Now therefore This Indenture made 14 December 1802 between Isham Prewitt and Edith his wife of the County of Mercer and State of Kentucky of the one part and Benjamin Beall and James Kennedy, administrators with the will Annexed of the aforesaid William Kennedy of the County of Campbell and State aforesaid of the other part. Isham in consideration of 140 pounds in hand paid by the aforesaid William Kennedy in his life time and for the further consideration of five Shillings current money by the said Beall and Kennedy administrators sell 400 acres of land lying in the County of Campbell & State aforesaid on Wells Creek Beginning in the line of William Kennedy's inclusive survey of 2700 acres and corner to said Prewitt's 1200 acres to a stake in Anthony W White's line.

Indenture made 9 March 1804 Between
Isham Prewitt and
Edith his wife of the County of Mercer and State of Kentucky of the one part
and Benjamin Beall of the County of Campbell and Sate aforesaid of the other
part. For and in consideration of the sum of 25 pounds
Isham and Edith
sell a certain tract of land lying in aforesaid County of Campbell containing
200 acres on Wells Creek begin part of an 800 acre entry patented in the name
of the said Isham Prewitt
beginning at an Elm and two sugar trees in James Shaw line of his four hundred
acres, in James Anderson's line corner to Solomon Truzells's land.

Indenture made 9 October 1822 between Isham Prewitt of the county of Mercer and Commonwealth of Kentucky of the one part and John Trusdell of the County of Campbell and Commonwealth of Kentucky of the other part. Isam for and in Consideration of the sum of $400 sells all that tract of Land Situated in the County of Campbell on the waters of Wells Creek Containing 200 Acres.
