John Adair, Esquire Governor of the Commonwealth of Kentucky by virtue & in consideration of Kentucky Land office warrant No 3117. There is granted by the said Commonwealth unto Press G Kennett Jr. assee of Benjamin Thomas, a Certain tract or parcel of land, containing twenty eight and a half acres by Survey bearing date the 3rd day of March 1821, lying & being in the County of Campbell on Main Licking and bounded as followeth to wit.
Beginning at an ask tree in the line of John Mosby's tenth survey of one thousand acres each running North forty five degrees West one hundred and six poles with a line of Alexander Dudgeon's three beech trees in the line of Levi Todd's Military survey of twelve hundred acres; thence with a line of said Military survey South forty five degrees West twenty eight poles to a stone in Licking at low water Mark; thence up Licking with its Meanders south thirty seven and one half degrees East eighty poles; thence South fifteen degrees East fifty eight poles to a stake at low water Mark opposite to John Mosby's lower corner on Licking of his tenth survey of one thousand acres a beech; thence with his line North twenty four degrees East seventy poles to the beginning. Recorded at Frankfort on the seventeenth day of December in the year of our Lord one thousand eight hundred and twenty one and of the commonwealth the thirtieth.
