John Mutz, brother of Jacob, Adam and G. A. Mutz, of Edinburg, died at Chicago, at the home of his daughter, Mrs. A. T. Stewart, on Friday, Jan 6 in the 77th year of his age, of pneumonia, superinduced by la grippe. He married Phoebe Williams, daughter of Amos Williams, who resided east of Edinburg, moved to Iowa in the fifties and from there to Nebraska.
