Teodor V. Lakstins
Teodor V. Lakstins, 63, died Tuesday, Nov. 13, 2001, at St. Francis Hospital & Health Centers in Beech Grove. He was a resident of Beech Grove.
He was born April 14, 1938, in Riga, Latvia. His parents were Janis A. and Emilija (Biedermanis) Lakstins. He married Sibyl Bartlett on June 24, 1961. She survives. Other survivors include two brothers, Modris Lakstins and Victor Lakstins, both of Indianapolis.
He was a self-employed auto mechanic for many years. He also worked for Coca-Cola as a route salesman for 10 years.
He was a U.S. Army veteran.
The Rev. Daniel Lakstins will conduct a service at 10 a.m. Saturday at Forest Lawn Wilson St. Pierre Funeral Home, State Road 135 Chapel. Friends may call from 4 to 8 p.m. Friday at the funeral home. Burial will be at Forest Lawn Memory Gardens in White River Township.
