Mrs. John Comingore, widow aged about seventy-five years, died Monday at her daughter’s, Mrs. Bettie Craig, Indianapolis. Funeral and burial in Greenwood Wednesday.

Notes: The 1880 US Federal Census for Perry, Marion County, Indiana records fifty-seven-year-old, Kentucky-born farmer John Cemingore [sic], his fifty-year-old, Kentucky-born wife Charity C. Cemingore [sic] and their Indiana-born children, twenty-three-year-old Walter, sixteen-year-old Leonard and twelve-year-old Bettie Cemingore [sic].
When Leonard Comingore [sic] died on 4 Nov 1925 in Louisville, Jefferson County, Kentucky, his death certificate, File No. 26907, records that his parents were John Comingore [sic] and Charity Stagg, both born in Kentucky.
