Imajean L. Brown, 75, died Monday, May 26, 2003, at St. Francis Hospital. She was a resident of Indianapolis.
She was born Aug. 1, 1927. Her parents were Walter D. and Catherine (Jordan) Belcher. She married James Brown. He preceded her in death. Survivors include three daughters, Kathy Hulsey and Jeanna Fields, both of Indianapolis, and Candace Crabtree of New Whiteland; three sons, Stephen Cordell and John Cordell, both of Indianapolis, and Robert Cordell II of Morristown; a sister, Estella Heneghan of Indianapolis; 13 grandchildren; and seven great-grandchildren. She was preceded in death by two grandchildren.
She was employed as a waitress, retiring in 1994.
A service will be conducted at noon Thursday at G.H. Herrmann Greenwood Funeral Home. Friends may call from 10 a.m. until time of service Thursday at the funeral home. Entombment will be at Forest Lawn Memory Gardens in White River Township.
