J. W. [sic Isaac W.] Bowden, last Friday, received the sad intelligence that his brother, of Advance, N. C., was dead. Mr. Bowden, accompanied by Frank Sheek [Isaac’s brother-in-law] left at once to be present at the funeral, arriving there Saturday evening at 9 p.m.
