MANY ATTEND WOODARD
            FUNERAL RITES SUNDAY

  Many people attended the funeral
rites for Thomas Woodard, 88, former
well known Edinburg resident who
died at the Odd Fellows Home in
Greensburg last Friday afternoon.
  The rites were conducted by Rev.
Elsworth Ewing at the Methodist
church at 2 o’clock Sunday. Inter-
ment was made in Rest Haven ceme-
tery.
The pall bearers were Lewis Runkle
Edd Gerstorff, Lawrence Stilabower,
James Garrison, Ellis Bozell and Wm.
McKinley. Those on the flower com-
mittee were Mrs. Lafayette Wright,
Mrs. Frank Winterberg, Mrs. Edd
Gerstorff, Mrs. A. C. Miller, Mrs.
Frank Bowman and Mrs. Sam Stine.
  Mr. and Mrs. William Gosney sang
two selections, "Blessed Be The Tie
That Binds" and "My Faith Looks Up
To Thee", as a part of the funeral
service.
