Joel D. Williams, one of the oldest citizens of this county, died on last Thursday night at his home east of town. He was almost eighty years of age and had resided in this county for many years. The funeral services were held on Saturday afternoon at Second Mt. Pleasant, Rev. L. P. Marshall officiating
