FUNERAL RITES HELD
                FOR HARRISON WALTZ

  Funeral rites were held for Harri-
son Waltz at the Kansas M. E.
church at 1:30 p. m. Sunday with the
Rev. Ralph Records officiating. Inter-
ment was in Rest Haven cemetery.
  There was[sic] two songs by Mr. and
Mrs. William Gosney. They were
"Load Kindly Light" and "Abide
With Me." Pall-bearers were Ken-
neth Stillabower, Alton Stillabower,
Homer Stillabower, Raymond Downey,
Raymond Ulrey and Luke Waltz.
The flower committee consisted of
Mariam and Lila Waltz, Alice Waltz,
Doris Coy, Mildred Royse, Maude Ul-
rey, and Cecil Boswell.
  Mr. Waltz, age 78, passed away at
the home of his daughter Mrs. J.
Frank Stillabower west of here,
Thursday. He was a well-known
farmer In the Kansas community and
in both Bartholomew and Johnson
counties.
