DEATH OF MRS. ELIZA VORIS.

It Occurred at 9:00 O’clock Tuesday
Night from Pneumonia.

Mrs. Eliza Voris died at 9:00 o’clock Tuesday night at her home on Yandes Street. She had been ill for some time. The direct cause of her death was pneu­monia. Her relatives had been notified that death was rapidly approaching early in the evening. Telegrams announ­cing the death were sent to Emmett Beard, Chicago; Myron Stowell, Pitts­burg; Henry Crothers, Sedalia, Mo.; Mrs. Kate Finney, Kansas City, Mo., these being her grandchildren.

Mrs. Voris was about eighty years of age.

John Stowell, of Pittsburg, arrived in this city last night to attend the funeral of his grandmother, Mrs. Eliza Voris. His brother, Myron, will arrive this morning from Pittsburg.

Mrs. Eliza E. Voris’ last will and testament was filed for probate yes­terday. It was dated March 1 1894. To her grand children, Mamie Stowell and Emmett Beard, she leaves her house­hold goods, to the former two-thirds. All other property and real estate is bequeathed to Miss Stowell, to remain hers until her marriage, when her daughter, Mrs. Ewing shall receive half the rents and profits. Mrs. Ewing and Miss Stowell are administrators of the will.
