Baby Rea [sic] died June 12, 1898, aged six months. He was the son of Mr. and Mrs. O. E. Vandivier. The funeral services were conducted by Rev. Hudson at the 1st Mt. Pleasant Baptist church, June 13.
Note: The Johnson County Indiana Birth Death Index, 1882–1920, referencing Book CH-2, page 10, records that a male white infant was born to O. E. Vandivier and June [sic Jane] Merriman on 12 Dec 1897.
